Hi, I'm Fabi

Over the past 8 years, I’ve navigated the thrilling world of digital products, wearing hats as a Product Manager and Head of Product in both early stage startups and corporate giants. My adventure kicked off as the first and only product person in a startup, where I tackled the wild ride of Y Combinator and built products that are still going strong. In the corporate arena, I’ve had the chance to lead and nurture product teams, sharpening my skills in leadership and talent development.I believe great products are built at the intersection of deep user understanding, technology, and business strategy. My approach is rooted in curiosity, experimentation, and the conviction that simplicity drives impact. I am passionate about empowering teams to build meaningful, high-quality products that genuinely improve people’s lives.Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of growing from the only product person to guiding and collaborating with a team of talented individuals in both startups and larger organizations. it’s been an incredible journey full of growth and discovery.Currently, I’m working on innovative solutions, including AI-powered products that enhance automation and decision-making.

Embracing Authenticity

As a neurodivergent individual, I’ve also embraced my unique perspective and found my authentic way to achieve my goals. It hasn’t always been an easy path, and it’s one I’m still walking, but I’m deeply grateful for both the professional and personal growth it has brought me.Along the way, I’ve often been asked how, as an introvert, I’ve been able to manage and lead teams. My approach has been grounded in listening, empathy, and creating environments where diverse talents can thrive, which has proven to be a powerful tool in leadership.Instead of chasing the ‘FOMO’ (Fear of Missing Out), I’ve learned to enjoy the ‘JOMO’ (Joy of Missing Out), focusing on what truly matters for my personal and professional journey.Curious 👀 about what it’s like to work with me as a neurodivergent person?
